Instead of welding fittings
to your valve cover, this oil cap screws right in place
of your stock unit. . The piece with the threaded outlet
screws in first and then your oil cap screws into it.
When you want to add oil, you only unscrew the oil cap
not the base with the line hooked up to it. Once
installed it will act just like your stock oil cap, but
will allow you to scavenge extra air from the cylinder
head. If for some reason you need to ever remove
it, it comes off as easy as it went on. |
